ABSTRACT
The presented article concerns modern means of destruction and combat. It presents their origin and development on the basis of four generations of struggle in the history of the world. The main goal of the article is to solve a number of cognitive problems, i.e. to define the phenomenon mentioned in the title, its classification in science and to examine the physical connections related to it. The first chapter deals with the issues related to the theoretical apparatus of the discussed concept. By using the cybernetic theory of autonomous systems and axiomatic-information logic, it became possible to define the concepts of destruction, combat, control and cybernetics. This then led to the complete definition mentioned in the title, i.e. combined means of destruction and combat. The second chapter of the article is about the generations of combat in the history of the world, presents their origins and classification. Then we find an exemplification of individual generations, with particular emphasis on the growing role of information destruction in history. In the last, fourth generation of combat, an example of contemporary destruction with the use of the combined means of destruction and combat in question was given. The entire article is based on statements the original source of which is in the cybernetic combat theory. It was developed by a Polish scientist, representative of the Department of Cybernetics, Colonel of the Polish Army Józef Konieczny. Most of the theorems quoted here are taken from the work entitled Cybernetics of combat. In addition to her, the opinions of other researchers of the Polish cybernetics school, such as prof. Marian Mazur and doc. Józef Kossecki.
