From the beginning of the 21st century, Russia began to emphasize its strength - the objectified value of the revisionist power, negating the foundations of the European security system of the 1990s, considering it to be dishonest and in need of change. The success of this project largely depended on the offensive, multi-faceted information war - the IW. We are dealing with info-aggression in which it is extremely difficult to get an objective picture. The security measures applied by European countries until recently seem insufficient to maintain stability and not be played by Russia.
