World terrorism forces undertakings in the field of coalition struggle, often far from the national territories of countries threatened by it. However, this does not absolve the heads of states, responsible for the security of their societies, from their lack of interest in the protection and defense of the national territory. And this, in turn, forces an additional strengthening of the structure serving this protection and defense - i.e. national defense institutions. Meanwhile, in Poland there is a slow degradation of this institution and the military component that serves it. As a result, the Ministry of National Defense becomes an organ of foreign intervention of operational troops, dealing to a small extent with the protection and defense of the national territory of Poland. And this, in the case of the geopolitical location of the Republic of Poland and conclusions from history, becomes a strategic problem, which calls for an urgent suspension of this process, which is destructive to national security. The way out of this strategically uncomfortable situation is the proper development of a national security strategy, national defense strategy and national military strategy, and the reconstruction of military components tested in other democratic countries and in Poland, which would not only guarantee the independence of the Republic of Poland, but also the intervention forces of voivodes for the purposes of internal Polish state, incl. during crisis situations.
