By method of retrospection the author of an article is overviewing political agendas of the major liberal and conservative parties of Poland, in its first stage of transformation process, in respect to the rebuilding of its economic system. The focus is made upon the analisys of their stands toward the socio-economical security of Poland. The range of bibliographical spectrum has been consciously narrowed to the documents and publications in close time range to the actual discussion taking place at that time. Some of the sources can be treated as the chronicles of the events and conceptions being considered. This allows for the individual appraisal of those process taking place, putting aside aboundance of opinionated descriptions and analisys written currently.
