STRESZCZENIE
W artykule zaprezentowano rozważania związane ze sposobami poprawy bezpieczeństwa ludności cywilnej w inteligentnych miastach. Rozpoczęto od krótkiego wprowadzenia i przeglądu piśmiennictwa. Następnie przedstawiono pojęcie inteligentnych miast i stosowane w nich technologie teleinformatyczne oraz wybrane sposoby poprawy bezpieczeństwa ludności cywilnej w tych miastach.
